1 Application for Housing If you wish to be considered for social housing, please complete the application form in full and return to Southside Housing. We will then assess your application and award points in accordance with our Allocations Policy.
2 Medical Self-Assessment Form Only complete the Medical Self-Assessment form if you, or a member of your household, has a medical condition that affects your mobility. The details submitted on this form require to be verified either by documentation from a medical professional, or by a medical professional signing the form.
3 Mid-Market Rent Application Form You may be eligible to apply for a Mid-Market Rental Property if you are working and your yearly household income is between £15,000 and £42,000 per year.
