Our Equality Diversity and Inclusion Strategy - We Want Your Views
We want to promote fairness, diversity and inclusion in everything we do, both as an employer and as an important organisation. We believe that promoting equality and recognising and celebrating the diversity within our communities is the right thing to do. The neighbourhoods that we serve are among the most diverse in Scotland, and everyone should feel comfortable in being their true selves whether that is within our communities or in the workplace.
We've been working on developing our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy for the next three years, this represents our organisational commitment to fairness and recognising diversity. It also sets out our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion priorities and the actions we intend to take to ensure we deliver on those priorities.
We really value your views and comments that you have on our draft Strategy and we've designed a brief consultation survey document in order to allow you to ensure your comments and feedback are heard. Our survey will only take a few minutes to complete to ensure that your views are considered in our final Strategy. We have also included a summary easier read documents as well as our draft strategy and action plan for you.
