The service contracts team administers preventive maintenance for several cyclical and compliance contracts to ensure the safety of residents and employees. The frequency of inspection and testing varies for each service. These service schedules ensure that the Association meets their legal obligations and maintains the equipment in good working order, which means less down time for essential services that you may depend on.
The equipment is tested to a recognized British standard and or a code of practice, non-conformances are identified and remediated to return the equipment to compliance.
The service contracts team works closely with the reactive repairs and planned maintenance team to identify the volume of breakdowns out with the service period and plan for obsolescence of parts and replacements.
