Core Management Service

We will instruct common area repairs, arrange buildings insurance cover and a yearly roof and gutter inspection for a management fee of;
  • £17.58 including VAT per month for residential properties
  • £19.21 including VAT per month for commercial units.

Additional Services

Southside Residential can provide quotes for the below additional services. We will require a majority of owners to complete a mandate stating their approval before we can proceed with the quoted works.
  • Common garden maintenance
  • Common close cleaning
  • Lift maintenance
  • Cyclical maintenance (roofs, gutters, down pipes, brickwork & pointing)
  • Planning & managing major repair work
  • Legionella / common water tank servicing / asbestos check
  • Door entry maintenance
