We are currently undertaking a strategic review of our factoring business and wouldn’t envisage the waiting list being open to new applicants until the start of 2024. Core Management Service
We will instruct common area repairs, arrange buildings insurance cover and a yearly roof and gutter inspection for a management fee of;
- £17.58 including VAT per month for residential properties
- £19.21 including VAT per month for commercial units.
Southside Residential can provide quotes for the below additional services. We will require a majority of owners to complete a mandate stating their approval before we can proceed with the quoted works.
- Common garden maintenance
- Common close cleaning
- Lift maintenance
- Cyclical maintenance (roofs, gutters, down pipes, brickwork & pointing)
- Planning & managing major repair work
- Legionella / common water tank servicing / asbestos check
- Door entry maintenance
