Office Closure Notice

Our offices will be closed for staff training on Friday 28th of August 2026.

If you need to report an emergency repair and you are a Tenant, Mid-Market Rent Resident, or a Factored Owner, please contact us on: 0141 422 1112. 

We appreciate your understanding.

We aim to process housing applications with 20 working days. 

 

However, due to a current backlog, applications are taking longer than usual to process.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.  You will be notified once your application has been processed.

 

To help us process applications as quickly as possible, please avoid contacting the office by telephone to request an update on your application.  This allows our staff to focus their time on processing applications rather than responding to enquires, which can further delay processing times.
