                             Service Contracts and Compliance Officer

(Full Time/Permanent)

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week)

EVH Grade: 7 (Points 22-27) £39,072 - £45,446

40 days leave (inclusive of statutory leave)

We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our team at Southside Housing Association. We are a friendly, forward-thinking organisation where innovation, flexibility and positive communication is embraced. Our focus is on quality of service and helping others.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated person with relevant knowledge and skills to deliver our service contracts and at the same time manage our requirement to ensure all legislative and regulatory health and safety, and tenant safety compliance areas are adhered to. This will involve, among other things having a strong knowledge relating to all associated compliance issues, ability to effectively manage contractors, as well as excellent administration, communication and organisation skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person, to develop their skills in relation to the successful management and delivery of the roles and duties of this post. A competence in using IT packages will be required.

If you like to work in a fast moving environment with a varied workload and have excellent technical knowledge and problem solving skills this could be for you.

We are looking to recruit someone with relevant knowledge and skills to primarily, deliver a reactive and void maintenance service from a client perspective, and also participate in planned maintenance activities.  This will involve, among other things, competent repair diagnosis, contractor liaison and above all excellent communication and organisation skills.
