                               DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY SERVICES

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £76,967 – £80,192 per annum (plus highly competitive benefits package)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

A great opportunity to participate in the leadership of a high profile organisation within the social housing sector, providing housing and a range of services across the south side of Glasgow.

The Director of Property Services will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of our asset management and maintenance functions. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the property and asset management strategy and taking the lead on property compliance and the delivery of all repairs and maintenance services.
