If you are a factored homeowner, a mid-market rent tenant or another customer who receives a service from our subsidiary Southside Factoring and Related Services, and your complaint has been considered at Stage 2 of SFARS complaint handling procedure and you remain dissatisfied, you may take your complaint to the First-Tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber). The Housing and Property Chamber can resolve issues that arise between factored homeowners and property factors, or rent and repair issues which arise for private rented sector tenants.
