Bulk Uplift Service Update

We would like to let all tenants and residents know that from Tuesday 11th November, our Bulk Uplift Service will be provided by a new contractor — New Two.

New Two is part of the Total Homes Co-operative, a Glasgow-based social enterprise focused on creating local jobs and reducing waste through furniture reuse and recycling.

You can find out more about their fantastic work here: Total Homes Co-operative – About Us

How to Request a Bulk Uplift

To raise a bulk uplift request, please call us on 0141 422 1112, and a member of our team will take all the details required.

Alternatively, you can complete our Bulk Uplift Request Form online here: Submit a Bulk Uplift Request

You can also scan the QR code attached, making it even easier to access the form from your phone or device.

What Tenants Need to Know

From a tenant perspective, there are no changes to how the service operates:

  • Call to request your uplift

  • Provide a list of items

  • Leave them in your bin store area

  • The 10-day service level will still apply

Mid-Market Rent and Factored Owners

For Mid-Market Rent (MMR) tenants and Factored Owners, there will now be a charge for bulk uplift requests, as follows:

  • 0–5 items: £30

  • 5–10 items: £60

  • 11–15 items: £90

We will notify all MMR tenants and Factored Owners by letter to confirm this change in service.

We’re pleased to be working with New Two and Total Homes Co-operative to continue providing a reliable, sustainable, and community-focused bulk uplift service.
