How to apply for a home with Southside Housing Association

As of 1st July 2025, you will apply for a house online. Our new customer portal is available for you to create an account and apply for social housing and/or Mid Market Rent.

Existing applicants are being moved to the portal during July and will be contacted by Southside to let you know how you can access your new online account.
