St Andrew’s Drive Phases 2 & 3 has transformed a site of low-quality, ’60s flatted blocks into a contemporary new development of 120 homes in a mix of rent and homes for sale via New Supply Shared Equity for Southside Housing Association.
A range of flats and maisonettes provide homes for individuals, couples, and families in a mix of 1-, 2- & 3-bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom wheelchair accessible apartments and 3- & 4-bedroom maisonette homes.
The Association worked in partnership with Glasgow City Council who were the major provider of grant funding, main contractor - CCG (Scotland) Ltd, JM Architects, Brown & Wallace Surveyors, Will Rudd Davidson Engineers and Rankin Fraser Landscape Architect to deliver the new homes.
