If you reside in the Old Castle Road, Manse Brae or St Andrews Road area, we are currently experiencing some issues with the new parking permits that have been delivered from PCN.
We are currently working to resolve this. In the meantime, please continue to use your original permit, providing this is displayed you will not receive a fixed penalty notice.
Anyone who fails to display a permit or valid visitors permit could be fined.
