Phases 2 and 3, alongside phase 1 includes 169 affordable homes for social rent and shared equity ownership. New streets have been formed with sustainable urban drainage, off street parking, play spaces, wild flower zones and extensive tree planting. The development incorporates a range of contemporary flats and maisonette homes, some with wheelchair access. The development has been nominated for the Scottish Design Awards 2024.
