Our subsidiary, Southside Lettings (Scotland) Ltd, provides homes for mid-market rent.
Mid-market rent homes are designed to assist those who are on low to modest incomes. The rent levels are set in-between social and private letting costs.
Applicants looking to rent must have a household income of between £15,000 – £42,000.
