Pay Your Rent

It is important to pay your rent on time. Every tenant is due to pay their rent in advance on or before the 28th of every month.

There are so many convenient ways to pay your rent which we’ve listed below.

Direct Debit

Paying by Direct Debit is one of the simplest and most convenient ways to pay your rent. Once the Direct Debit is set up, your rent payment will be collected on the same agreed date every month or more frequently if required. This will save you time and takes away much of the effort of paying your rent.

We can assist with setting up a Direct Debit, please get in touch to discuss the various payment options available.

AllPay

Every tenant is issued an AllPay payment card at the start of a tenancy.  This card can be used to pay rent at any shop that displays the PayPoint symbol or any post office.

To make a payment online visit www.allpay.net and enter your AllPay payment card number. Alternatively, you can download the allpay app for compatible mobile devices.

Standing Order & Mobile Banking

Set up an electronic BACS payment using your own online banking. Payments should be made to the below account. Please use your 7 digit tenancy reference for this so we know who it is for – this is on rent statements and letters or call 0141 422 1112 and we can give you this.

What if I am late paying my rent

We will monitor rents every week and will write or phone you if we are concerned. This allows us to discuss with you what you are planning to do to pay your rent.

Can I make an arrangement to pay back my arrears?

Yes, we are happy to discuss this with you and discuss the balance between how much you can pay and what amount will actually pay off the monies owed.
