Maintenance

At Southside Housing Association, we are committed to providing a customer centred repairs and maintenance service. We work with tenants in their homes and factored owners in their common spaces.

If you are a tenant we are responsible for the day to day repairs in your home.  If you are an owner, we coordinate both reactive repairs and planned works to the common areas in your block. 

For our tenants, we have planned works that are designed to maintain the facilities in your home.  This includes your kitchen, bathroom and heating systems.  And if you are in a block with lifts, commercial heating, alarms and so on, our team look after these and ensure they are fit for purpose, by maintaining them, organising regular maintenance and reactive repairs when they are needed.
