Our subsidiary, Southside Factoring and Related Services, provides homes for mid-market rent under our brand ‘Southside Letting’.
Mid-market rent homes are designed to assist those who are on low to modest incomes. The rent levels are set in-between social and private letting costs.
Applicants looking to rent must have a household income of between £15,000 – £42,000.
