Glasgow Care & Repair are undertaking a pilot project in partnership with The Energy Saving Trust, Home Energy Scotland which is funded by the Scottish Government.

The project aims to help owner owners improve the energy efficiency of their property and carry out essential repairs using a Scottish Government Equity Loan. There are no on-going payments and the loan is settled when the property is sold. The work carried out through the scheme must include an energy efficiency element of at least 55% of the total work content – the other 45% can be made up of other external works.

Our Glasgow Care & Repair Project Officer can assist you to the scheme with form filling, gathering supporting documentation as well as scoping out works and helping to identify contractors and obtaining quotes for works.

Are you, or someone you know, interested in the Home Energy Efficiency Programme Scotland (HEEPS) Equity Loan Scheme?
