Unfortunately we are not currently adding to our waiting list for new business.

Prior to the first lockdown in March 2020 we were working through a list of approximately 80 blocks.  During the subsequent year with the various lockdowns and staff primarily working from home we have not been able to progress this work.

Core Management Service

We will instruct common area repairs, arrange buildings insurance cover and a yearly roof and gutter inspection for a management fee of;

  • £12.08 +VAT per month for residential properties;
    • £13.19 +VAT per month for commercial units.
