Staff are now working from home with secure access to our telephone, email and IT system and will be available by phone or email if you have any enquiries or questions relating to the factoring service at this time.
Please telephone 0141 422 1112 pressing option 5 and a member of the factoring team will be available to take your call between 9AM to 5PM on Monday – Friday. Email communication continues as normal however, we hope you will appreciate there may be a delay with response times.

Customer Details Request
During this time we are striving towards updating our current system to ensure that we have customers’ up to date contact details (mobile, correspondence address and email). This is to ensure that we can continue to provide you with a service.

If you would prefer then simply send in a quick email to the factoring in box (Factoring@southside-ha.co.uk) to update your contact email address, postal address and telephone number. We can cross reference and check these details are correct.
Email is the most effective way for Southside Residential to communicate relevant information to you including billing. We will be contacting you by telephone in the next week to ensure we have all your relevant details. The staff member will be able to quote your property reference and name and address in order to identify themselves to you. Please note there may be an overlap and you may receive a phone call when you have already submitted your information through the survey or to the email in box.
Self-isolating Notification Request
- If you are self-isolating then please let us know and we will formally note this information to ensure that we adhere to the Government Guidelines in the provision of the factoring service. If you are aware of a neighbour or someone else who may be self-isolating without access to email or the internet then we would be very grateful if you could let us know.
