- Are fully insured and comply with all current legislation.
We aim to complete routine repairs within 7 days, urgent repairs within 2 working days and emergency repairs within 2 hours. Southside Letting will cover wear and tear damages to properties, but repairs caused through the tenants negligence will be recharged.
