We are delighted to have been recognised by the Diversity Awards for our strong commitment to ensure that everyone in our community has the opportunity to fulfil their ambitions, aspirations and potential.

We are very proud to announce that the Association has also been awarded Gold accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating our commitment to high performance through good people management. In achieving Gold status, the Association has demonstrated that it and its staff are going above and beyond to ensure on-going success.

Investors in Young People Accreditation

Investors in Young People is the only people management standard that focuses on an employer’s recruitment and retention of young people. It represents a trust commitment to the training and development of young people and demonstrates that we are an employer of choice for young people. Launched in July 2014, Investors in Young People originated through a key recommendation from the Commission for Developing Scotland’s Young Workforce. The accreditation if offered to all businesses across Scotland and exists to recognise and support organisations across Scotland in the employment of young people.

We are delighted to achieve Investors in Young People Good Practice Award at our assessment in August 2016.
