Salary EVH Grade SM6 – SM8   (£48,677 – £51,333)

Over recent years, Southside Housing Association has grown significantly in terms of its property stock numbers, diversity of services it offers and complement of staff resources.  To underpin this growth, we want to ensure the business processes we have in place are up to date and enable us to operate efficiently & effectively. Key to this is ensuring that we have integrated business processes that work for the Association and make communicating with our customers easy.

The Association has recently undertaken a process mapping exercise and developed an ambitious three-year strategy that sets out our aspirations for a new way or working to transform the way the Association will operate moving forward.

To help drive these changes we have identified an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Improvement Manager. The business improvement projects will help transform our processes, technology and data with the overall goal of improving the customer experience and value for money.

The post is offered on a full time (35 hours per week) three year contract basis, however, we would welcome applications from applicants seeking to work less hours or requiring more flexible working arrangements. Secondment requests will be considered. For the right candidate there is an opportunity for this role to become permanent in the future – although this would need to be assessed during the final year of the contract.
